120 day meds updates

I'm in the process of updating my kids' medication surveys for IAN. Is it really necessary for me to go through the entire lengthy process of evaluating the usefulness of each med just to say that nothing has changed? It's a pain in the neck. I think I should be able to confirm that everything is still the same and be done with it.
