Assistance dog

I touched this on another thread that did not recieve a response maybe I posted in the wrong area.

I know there has some limited use of trained dogs. We are having ever increasing issues of Chloe escaping. We currently lock all doors with both door lock and dead bolt.

I was wondering if this might be a job for trained dogs. You know " Bark bark...What is it lassie? She's down by the well? Bark bark."

I might be out in left field here. But it seems to be that most physical barrier's Fences, Locks ect. could be defeated given enough time. Or at least have a lot of failure modes (forgot to lock, Hole in fence ect) Does anyone have knowledge of the trained dogs I.E. What they are capable of where to find info and if the might be a covered resource??
